We take pride in offering distinctive, previously owned items—each hand-selected for its quality, charm, and character. Because many of our pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
While we pack every order with care, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for store credit:

Send clear photos of the item and the packaging showing the damage.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once we review the photos and confirm the damage, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer cash refunds.
This policy helps us prevent abuse and ensures we can continue offering special, one-of-a-kind items at fair prices.
